Wouldn't give any stars!! I don't normally write reviews but this company is absolutely disgusting. How they are getting away with ripping people off is beyond me! 2 months ago i ordered roofing materials and only part of my order came which were wrong items and delivered extremely late. Made to measure sheets which were clearly not made for me came, not my order. Complained, sheets still sitting there and no replacements plus other parts are still missing. Took the name from my order and said thats who signed for the second part, even though was delivered to a customers property. I have now lost the job I had due to the weeks waiting for response and materials. All i get is an apology and told its being escalated to Alison (manager) since April, who does absolutely nothing will not speak to me, email nothing she has been in a meeting now for 8 hours a day for over a month! The depot delivering the goods have damaged the property evidence was given yet Roofing Megastore will not take any responsibility. Just want a refund for the goods we have not had and for the goods we did not order. Standard procedure for any good business. No one calls back no one emails back, customer service is shocking specially from Karen. Do not waste your money please, i wish i read these reviews before. They are so many other reputable companies out there. This fraudulent company needs to be took down. I will be sending all the information i have to trading standards don't know how they are getting away with this!
Was actually a colleague of yours that gave me the full name and i did say what i was doing with it. I will take down the surname but thats it. Maybe you could find the time to respond to my email and not trust pilot!

Been sent wrong size polycarbonate sheets and they wouldn’t replace or return my money back

I wish I had seen these reviews before using this company. Although I received the goods promptly 12 out of 16 roofing sheets had damage. I had to use the sheets as I couldn't wait for replacements but needed to purchase extra sheets due to having to remove the damaged bits. Because of this the company will not offer any compensation for the damaged items.
As per reply below I had already booked somebody the next day to do the roof so could not wait. Don't think even you could supply replacements within a couple of hours. Contacted your customer services who couldn't care either. Maybe you should be looking into how so much damage could happen during transit

Purchased sheeting and they sll arrived damaged in 3 places (which was prob damaged before and during delivery). Requested replacement or refund within 30 days and they have refused to do either.
I will not deal with this company ever again.

Ordered food .... no response for two weeks and then when chased they said they could not deliver.
Then put on hold for half an hour to get refund which has still not arrive

Why didn’t I check trustpilot before placing my order!
Everything ordered was apparently in stock. None were
Been dragging out for weeks
Getting a refund is proving just as elusive
Now at the stage of no response to phone or emails
As they say ‘if it’s too good to be true it probably is’

I found this company online and thought this was too good to be true!! The order process was so simple, received my confirmation order via email and then waited for the delivery email. After waiting two days my impatience got the better of me and I decided to look at reviews, what a mistake!! I thought I had been scammed. I decided to contact the customer service online chat, within hours the company came back to me but before they had my delivery arrived within the stated time period when placing the order. My only criticism is my delivery email arrived the same day as the delivery. What a brilliant company, I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. In these difficult times it’s easy to be negative but when a company offers great customer service take the time and leave a good review. I have no affiliation or work for this company, just a satisfied customer, you deserve the five stars.

Placed my order then waited..and waited..zzz..and after no communication regarding a delivery of my 12ft roofing sheets after 10 days I got PayPal involved. Then a lady stepped in to help, "so sorry will get this sent straight out I'll deal with the case for you personally" she said.. then got sent a big pile of junk, wrong sized sheets, several with small puncture holes in them that is impossible to notice until held up to the sunlight or the rain drops through. Obviously complained, wanted them replacing for what I ordered, said "sorry NO STOCK!!. Obviously that was the real issue here.. then told I need to pay extra to have enough sheets in the smaller size to complete the roofing job pmsl ????. Obviously told them no thank you I won't send another penny. Lady said will send some replacements, received wrong sized sheets smashed to smithereens, company think it's okay to send pvc corrugated roofing sheets with 1 layer of bubble wrap taped to them.. eventually claimed a full refund through PayPal, thank God I used PayPal. Been building for over 20years, worse company I've ever used. My advice is steer well clear and go to your local building supplies merchant instead.

Took my money for an order on the 26th June. I chased for order number and order date as after a week nothing. Gave an estimate delivery date of 6.7.20.
I said estimate is no good. Been asking all week to cancel order and get a refund. Completely ignored and just now given an estimate date of 14.7.20. Even though I want it cancelled amd refunded.
Told them I am contacting Trading Standards and opening a Case Against them with PayPal. They are absolutely USELESS and using Covid19, as an excuse for the delays.
If they can not give a date for delivery or have the products in stock they should say so and certainly not take your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
